Adding Another Program Term Record

Use these steps to create new program terms in ChildPlus:

 

  1. Click Setup > Agency Configuration > Program Info.
  2. Choose the program that needs additional program terms added to it.

  3. Click Add Another Program Term.
  4. Click Add a copy of... if you want your new program term record to have the same classrooms and settings as the one you are copying or click Add a new blank program term if you want to start from scratch.
  1. Complete each of the applicable fields about the program term.
  2. If you did not copy an existing program term, click Add Classroom to associate classrooms with the program term and complete each of the applicable fields about each classroom.

Note:  To add additional program terms, click on the Add Program Term button and complete the applicable fields for each program term you are adding.

  1. Click Save.
